Installer Criteria

All our installers must be registered with and/or approved by the necessary trade bodies. Insulation installers must have access to CERT grant funding and Solar PV installers must be able to assist customers in registering for the Feed in Tariff.

As customers are actively seeking energy-related products or services, installers must follow up leads quickly and with persistence. Otherwise there is a likelihood that they will go elsewhere. We also expect our installers to have high standards of customer service, Health & Safety and quality of workmanship.

• Registered with and/or approved by necessary trade bodies
• Access to CERT grant funding (Home Insulation)
• Assist with Feed in Tariffs & Heat Incentives (Solar)
• Prompt and persistent follow-up of all leads received
• Offer a free, no-obligation survey of the property
• High standards of customer service, Health & Safety and quality
