Installer Criteria

We predominantly work with installers of the products listed on this web site. We also supply leads to surveying companies, Green Deal Assessment companies and Green Deal providers. Note that we do not work with individual surveyors or small teams of surveyors.

All our installers must be registered with and/or approved by the necessary trade bodies. Insulation and Heating installers must have access to ECO grant funding and SolarLoan installers must be registered on the Sharp/Hitachi scheme.

As customers are actively seeking energy-related products or services, installers must follow up leads quickly and with persistence, otherwise there is a likelihood that they will go elsewhere. We also expect our installers to have high standards of customer service, Health & Safety and quality of workmanship.

• Prompt and persistent follow-up of all leads received
